How do I get access to the pool?

All registered YOTEL guests will automatically have access to the pool. All guests must make a reservation using this link, for their cabana or lounge chair. Walk- Ins are also welcomed. Reservations are strongly recommended.

How do I purchase a day pass?

Non-hotel guests can purchase a day pass through ResortPass (subject to availability).

Please check in at the host stand on the rooftop when you arrive to receive a wristband once day pass purchase has been verified.

What do I get with a day pass?

Access to the our rooftop pool and lounge, towel service, the fitness center, and complimentary WiFi. All lounge chairs are first come, first serve, and available to reserve at an additional cost.

Drinks and light bites are available to order (at additional cost). The pool is currently open daily 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Drinks and light bites are currently available from the bar daily 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Day guests are restricted to adults 18+ only. Children are permitted as hotel guests only. Proof of age may be required.

How long is the day pass valid?

The day pass are available for the following time slots: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Are seasonal passes available?

Not at this time.

How can I rent a cabana?

Registered hotel guests can book a cabana during their stay using this link. All non-hotel guests may reserve their cabana through ResortPass.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Is outside food or beverage allowed at the pool?

We offer a full bar menu along with light bites at Deck 11. Food from our hotel restaurant, Art and Soul, or vending machine is allowed. Outside food, beverage, and alcohol is not permitted. Bag checks are conducted upon entering Deck 11 to ensure no outside food and no glass is brought to the rooftop.

Is smoking allowed on the rooftop?

YOTEL Washington DC is committed to providing its guests, and crew members with a smoke-free environment. This includes vaping and vape pens are not allowed on the rooftop. We have 2 designated areas at the front drive of the hotel for smoking.

Do I need to bring my own pool towels?

No, we offer fresh clean towels for everyone. Please drop off used towels in the wooden hamper by the entrance.

How old do children need to be to use the pool alone?

16 and older.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

No.

How deep is the pool?

The pool is 2’ 11” by the stairs and 3’ 11” deep at the deepest end.

What happens in the case of rain or lightning?

All guests must be evacuated from the rooftop. We will wait 30-60 minutes to see if the weather passes over. If the inclement weather passes, we will re-open.

Am I allowed to bring a portable speaker?

Personal speakers are not allowed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

How do I cancel my reservation and what is your policy?

We will allow the reservation to be changed or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Changing your reservation date will be based on availability. Please submit your request via the “Contact Us” tab at the top of this page.

How do I book an event at Deck 11?
